What Is Included
Phase 1: Initial Assessment and Information Gathering
Phase 1 of the assessment consists of a set of measures for you to complete in your own time online. We will send these out to you and can support you in completing them, if necessary. These are returned to us, and allow us to begin formulating your assessment.
Phase 2: Psychological Assessment and Clinical Interview
Phase 2 consists of two elements.
Element 1: This is an in depth psychological assessment with a Practitioner Psychologist which will last for an hour and a half.
Element 2: This is an in depth clinical interview using the DIVA carried out by a Practitioner Psychologist who is trained and experienced in its use.
Phase 3: Written Report and Feedback Session
The final phase of assessment is where you will receive your diagnosis, if appropriate and an in-depth written report. The key elements of this will be conveyed to you during a feedback session with a Practitioner Psychologist where the next steps for your on going treatment or potential workplace or other adjustments can also be outlined.
