What is involved in a coaching session?
During the coaching process you can expect your coach to provide you with support, while also offering you challenges. Each session will be approximately 50 minutes and sessions will be held weekly or fortnightly depending on what the goals of the sessions are.
During each session you will choose which area to work on, and between each session you will be asked to review your progress and possibly to complete some work on your own. It is often out with the actual sessions that the major breakthroughs occur. Coaching is not about advice giving or instruction, but is a facilitational approach that involves a solution focused, challenging approach to enabling you to progress.
