About Me

My name is Lindsey and I’m a BPS Chartered and HCPC Registered Health Psychologist.  I’m a Clinical Director here at Neurodivergent Diagnostics and I specialise in ADHD assessment and diagnosis, multiple neurodivergence (particularly ADHD and Autism), and health and wellbeing using both therapeutic and coaching approaches.

I understand how adults can struggle with symptoms of ADHD and neurodivergence and the range of difficulties in everyday life that they can experience as a result of this.  Symptoms of ADHD can often be misunderstood, and I work with clients to help them understand their neurodivergence and to work with it in order to flourish.

I have over twenty years of experience in the field and have supported a wide range of adults in therapeutic and coaching modalities alongside providing consultancy and training in a range of organisational settings.

I work holistically taking a multifaceted approach and tailor the way I work to best suit each individual client’s needs.

Alongside my practice-based work. I also work as a Senior Lecturer in Health Psychology, and as Editor in Chief for Health Psychology Open an academic health psychology journal.

My Approach

Warmth, genuineness, and compassion are at the heart of my approach. I adopt an integrative approach to my work ensuing that I meet the client where they currently are and use approaches, tools and techniques that are aligned with their current experience and future aspirations.  Each person’s goals and current circumstances are used as the basis from which to develop a suitable programme of work with either a therapeutic or coaching approach being predominant.

I work in a neuro-affirmative manner and will work with you to find the most effective means of support for you.  I work with clients who are seeking assessment and diagnosis of ADHD as well offering tailored support to those following diagnosis or without a diagnosis.
